Seminar
Registration:
Registration is on a first come, first serve basis, until the
seminar reaches its capacity. All attendees are required to
register in advance of the seminar.
Payment
Policy:
Payment is required at the time of registration. The seminar fee
is listed with each seminar description. Multiple payment methods
are acceptable, including major credit cards, (Master Card, Visa)
direct credit, and business cheques made payable to Pastiche
Resources Ltd. (New Zealand seminars only) Direct credit
facilities are preferable to cheques..
Registration
Confirmation:
Attendees will receive a registration confirmation letter by
email, when a registration is made, and payments are received in
full. The confirmation letter will include all pertinent
information relative to the seminar, including dates, times, and
location.
If you need to make specific long distance travel arrangements, please do not
book travel until you have received
your confirmation.
Registration
Cancellation:
Refunds will be made for
cancellations greater than 30 business days in advance of the
seminar start date.
Cancellations between 30 and seven days will incur a 50% penalty
or credit applied to future reservations.
For cancellations within seven business days in advance of the
seminar, no refunds will be made on payments received, however
credits will be applied to future reservations.
Cancellation
by Pastiche Resources:
Pastiche Resources Ltd reserves the right to modify seminar
schedules and tuition, modify seminar content and cancel seminars
when necessary.
If a seminar is cancelled, every effort to notify the attendee
within 10 business days of the scheduled seminar date is made, and
full refunds will be given. Pastiche Resources Ltd is not
responsible for any associated travel arrangements.
Attendee
Substitutions:
Attendee substitutions can only be made prior to the start of a
seminar.
Seminar
Certificates:
A Certificate of Completion is awarded to each attendee who
successfully completes a seminar. For successful seminar
completion, 100% attendance is required. If a registered attendee
fails to appear for a scheduled seminar or fails to complete the
entire seminar, a course completion certificate will not be
awarded.
Schedule:
Course schedules are outlined in each of the individual seminar
descriptions.
Seminar
Times: Seminar start times are at 9.00 A.M. daily and conclude
at 5.00 PM, unless otherwise noted. There is a forty minute lunch
break each day, and a 15-minute morning and afternoon break.
Seminar
Attire: Casual attire is appropriate for the seminar.
Travel
Arrangements: Attendees are responsible for their own travel
and lodging arrangements. We urge you to invest in travel
insurance if you are traveling long distances.
